Will there be any extra charges?

At the time of booking, the fare for the journey must be agreed and it cannot be increased after the taxi has been booked. However, there may be an extra charge if any of the following applies:

  • The journey takes place after 8.00 pm and before 6.00 am.
  • St Patrick’s Day 
  • Good Friday
  • Easter Monday
  • May Day
  • 12 July
  • A day named a Bank Holiday by Royal Proclamation
  • Spring Bank Holiday
  • Summer Bank Holiday
  • Your taxi journey is to an airport and the taxi has to pay for entry to the airport
  • You soil the taxi and the driver has to stop working to get the vehicle cleaned (this charge is up to a maximum of £75.00)
Can you monitor my flight?

Enter your flight number when you book your airport transfer, and we’ll add your flight details to your booking. Even when your flight isn’t on time, we always will be, as we monitor and track any changes to your scheduled arrival and departure at no extra cost.

Are online bookings final?

All online books will be confirmed via email or phone. This will provide you with the most accurate quote. Any quotes provided via phone or email will be the final price paid.
